Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 hours of placement. If you need to cancel or modify, please contact our support team immediately via email. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but are eligible for our 30-day return policy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also log into your account dashboard and click "My Orders" to view real-time tracking updates directly.
Are your products authentic American brands?
Yes! Every product we sell — including Huggies, Pampers, Enfamil, Gerber, Graco, Chicco, and Johnson's — is 100% authentic. We source exclusively from authorized U.S. distributors.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer bulk pricing on diapers, wipes, and formula for daycares and growing families. Email support@veltrixseven.com with quantities needed for a custom quote.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If any product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us for a full refund or store credit. Unopened items in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
How do I initiate a return?
Log in to your Account Dashboard, go to "My Orders", and select "Request Refund" for the relevant order. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours. For approved returns, we will email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

For newborns, we recommend Pampers Swaddlers or Huggies Little Snugglers — both are hospital favorites with umbilical cord notches and gentle liners. Size NB fits up to 10 lbs; move to Size 1 as baby grows.
What formula is best for sensitive tummies?
Enfamil NeuroPro and Earth's Best Organic are top choices for complete nutrition. Always consult your pediatrician before switching formulas. We list ingredients and age ranges on every product page.
